Will you join ME?

So I have run women's series before for fitness.....partnering my teacher self, with my coach self, and finding it a great pairing to help women find that regular exercise habit in 4 weeks! Once a week, online, for four weeks does the trick:) I have written a curriculum of sorts, to break down the process needed to make that happen......one piece at a time. Focusing a great deal on the mindset surrounding it......because that is where the most important work is done to overcome any barriers preventing a person from regular exercise.....and let's face it, if a person hasn't snagged an exercise habit YET;-) there is a reason.....and I seek to find that reason, or story that is being told, and we find the way around it, and the way to overcome it:) Claiming success! So I very last minute decided to put together a series for October! Having it seem to be a great month to do it! No major holidays in the mix, a time before the holiday to get a person set and on their way......accomplishing that New Year's resolution, long before the NEW year:) Planning ahead! And this series has worked every time I have done it.....many of the women finding success, and sustaining the habit beyond the series! I just put it out yesterday, and already have a woman interested:) And I cannot wait to see the group of women that it attracts! Because my passion in coaching is in overall wellness for women.....whatever that looks like......emotionally....physically.....spiritually.....looking at wellness in a comprehensive way......the BIG picture......that is my goal when I am working with a woman.....to really hear what it is they are seeking, or what they are finding challenging, and meeting that need......in whatever area they desire....and while I have a soft spot for the woman facing divorce or infidelity or anything in between....I really have expanded into coaching people to wellness......having accidentally found wellness for myself and becoming hooked:) Feeling so inspired to share it with as many people as I can:) Health absolutely being WEALTH!
