My FIt February Zoom series is taking hold, and it feels really exciting! I had another woman reach out last night:) And it got me thinking that anything worthwhile starts with YES:) And a willingness to take a leap of faith, in whatever capacity that means for each of us....I said YES to life coaching, kind of impulsively to some degree..... and to building my business, one brick at a time....and being committed to the process....and it has asked me to be brave.....vulnerable....committed.....putting myself out there and doing so with fidelity....and it was absolutely one of the best things I have ever done.....and the last series I created in the fall, in person.....never took off .....timing was off.... and I could have let that stop my trying again....but I chose to view it as bad timing and move on, grabbing some individual clients since that time......and then this series came to me, and I decided to go for it and say YES:) I don't believe in failure the same way I once did.....or maybe I don't believe in it at all;-) .....I believe our lives are laid out, and timing in all things is paramount....and if something doesn't work or land like we want it to, all that means is we need to adjust our sails, and pick a new route....change direction, tweak our approach, etc......feeling places where ease takes hold, and not resistance......so I look for things that "FEEL" that way....the things that come together effortlessly, and work out and are not difficult....so this series felt like that....all the pieces falling together in a way that made me feel like it would take flight:) And so far 6 women are interested in saying YES to themselves! And that feels good:) It all begins with that.....a willingness....a place to begin.....creating movement....that eventually leads to momentum....which then leads to stuff changing and success:) The kids are with their dad this weekend, and I have some plans....but around those plans, I will be finalizing my series stuff....and doing report cards.....I also have my observation next week which I am finishing up....and then getting the details in order for our Ice Castle trip!!....I believe that will be next weekend....I have been keeping an eye on the weather.....the kids are excited and so am I!:) An adventure awaits! So this weekend will be a mix of some fun, and some work that needs to get done....in addition to laundry and all that good stuff too lol;) And as I was thinking of YES, and how it came to me that it is the way....I thought about my old life and Jenn then....and I was never a resistant person....but definitely more cautious, and I had to think stuff through, and hesitated on just saying yes.....feeling stuck some......and sometimes it held me back.....and I feel freer now to just say YES.....open myself up to the possibilities of being braver that way....and I am confident I can help these women, that were brave enough to say YES and join my series, find the success they seek!
