Just.........WOW!

So we went to the Sight and Sound theater in Lancaster yesterday and I now know why it has that name:) It was absolutely incredible in every way, and captured all of your senses.....visually the play was stunning.....and I do not use that word lightly.......the special effects and the sets were unbelievable.....we saw the story of Daniel and the lion's den......and the lion part was especially incredible, even though they did not use real lions........I had been hopeful they would lol;-) .....They did however have 3D super realistic lions about the stage, and amid the real parts of the set, and it was absolutely amazing......however the entire production was like nothing I have ever witnessed truly in terms of seeing a production....and I have been to my fair share of Broadway shows before too.....it was captivating from start to finish......The tickets to the show were given to the kids and I from my brother and his wife for Christmas....and it was such a lovely gift for us to get. Experiences over things:) and giving us all an experience we won't ever forget......We also were lucky enough to be in the second row, so if you have ever been, you get how cool that part was too! The actors and animals often use the aisle, and it was like we were truly surrounded by the experience in every way.....I was also so touched by the way the actors and actresses seemed to be truly feeling it.....like deeply in their soul, and you could see the peace and joy emanating from them, and how committed they feel to their faith, and to their craft...it was "well with their souls" indeed and that was very evident and touching to see.....My kids were enthralled and enjoyed it all so much too....we all were.......it was about 3 hours long and was extremely well done in every way.....if you have never been you should try and get there at least once.......... At the end some of the cast members come down by the stage and offered to pray with anybody who wanted to pray with them.....and Gabe was all up in his feels, music and otherwise;-) And wanted to partake in the opportunity.....and the man praying with him was so so beautiful and heartfelt.....and Gabe's face was so sweet and captivated by it......the tears finding me, and rolling down my face.....being just so touched in that moment by the beauty of life, and by love, and by faith, and by the miracle that is my boy's life.....where he began, and where he is.....and the words the man was using in his prayer.....not even knowing Gabe, and his struggle, but having it fit so perfectly.....a moment meant for us for sure:) So I left with my heart full.....having this little getaway fill my cup, combating some of the challenges that have found me the last few weeks...... and bolstering my belief even more that it can't rain all the time.....and that it will inevitably rain but looking for the rainbows is the way:) Always the way.....and if you look intentionally.....rainbows can be found EVERYWHERE:)
