Magic carpet ridin and LIVE music!

I posted about having a magic carpet ride weekend.......like Julie Andrews singing " These are a few of my favorite things" energy;-) Yesterday was just magic......all day......so much healing found in the day......I was supposed to hike with one friend, but she had something come up last minute and had to cancel....I was dressed and thought about staying home....but then I looked outside and it was SO beautiful.....so I reached out to another friend that I connect with from time to time, I love her....our relationship born from my coaching her way back......she came to my original women's series.....my tiny one that I held at my church:) Grassroots energy indeed:) So she was able to join me for a hike! I was thrilled.....we went to Hornbecks, which is my favorite, but a place she had never been......So I loved sharing that with her......we walked and talked.....and when we got to the end at the waterfall....which is gone now due to the lack of water, YIKES......there were beavers playing in the water! I have seen their dam there every time I have taken my kids, but never them! It was so fun to watch.....and then my friend and I headed to The Social for lunch! Their food is really good......I was only there one other time.....and we ended up sitting outside for 3 hours, deep diving and chatting about so many amazing things......I always love our time together.....and I got emotional some at one point because she was sharing about my women' s series....and how it saved her at the time she came....and how when she would get in her car after, she would think of how cared for she felt in the space of it.....and it made me cry to hear her talk about it.....feeling as if I don't not touch one other life, in this lifetime, it would all be worth it to help her in that way, offering her that solace during that time....and how humbling that is.....it was just a lovely time with her:) Then I went home and got ready and met another great friend at the Jive for a little bit, and headed to one of the most fun concerts I have ever gone to! It was a group that did covers of Blockbuster movie songs from the 70s, 80s, and some 90s......like "Top Gun" songs.....and "Flashdance" and it was a great time! We thoroughly enjoyed, and danced in the aisle, taking a stroll down memory lane! And I came home with my heart overflowing with deep gratitude for THIS life.....THIS one:) Today holds more cup filling stuff and I cannot wait:) Happy Sunday:)
