SUNSHINE! .......

I have said many times and deeply believe that what we focus on grows.....and we have the power to shift that focus and live in any reality we choose.....I really believe that....beyond circumstance or what comes to find us....and while I have been doing some mountain climbing and swimming in some turbulent water lately, there is ALWAYS sunshine......and I will forever turn my face toward the sun, and let it shine on my face no matter the ugliness I have to face.....those things only have the power if we let them have it.....and I just won't......yesterday I focused on the sun some.....quite literally......I cleaned with the windows open, and the fresh air pouring into my house......and then I mowed the lawn.....enjoying the weather quite literally, and the sun shining down.....I grabbed my groceries.....and then relaxed some in my bed with the windows open giving myself some time to catch my breath from this crazy week, and the weekend also having some challenges.....and all of that matters so so deeply.....it strikes me over and over how much it does.....I am planning a little getaway in a couple of weeks, and am feeling excited about that and the sunshine that brings.....and also finally hammering out the details of my kitchen......I am going to connect with some women in business this week. We are meeting once a month to connect, and tackle important topics relevant to our journey as small business owners.....I am continuing to feel nourished and satisfied on my journey as a wellness coach through that group that I coach....amid the other coaching I do....and .loving the relationships and connections I am making.....the book I am a part of is set to be out and published at the beginning of October.....and omg right! :):):) A published author.....nerdy girl stuff indeed:) This next weekend when I have my kids I plan on making the most of the weekend.....thinking we might grab a beach day on Saturday, our annual tradition.....the beach is special in September, and then perhaps all things fall fun on Sunday....pumpkins and apples:) And seizing the life that is all around us.....and the moments....and not focusing too much on the turmoil that is afoot too.....just touching down in that minimally when necessary.......I have a lot of sunshine in my life at the moment....and that is what I am locking my eyes and focus on as I navigate the rest!
